How we have adapted to the current situation
We are now for open for inside and outside eating and drinking, this means we have followed guidelines for compulsory measures to ensure the safety of our team and customers.
We have fully implemented government guidelines which all staff, customers and contractors to The Vine must follow.
All staff members will have their temperatures taken and recorded.
Customers will be required to give their contact details when entering The Vine to comply with government guidelines and to assist the NHS track and trace service if required. This data will be kept for 21 days and then securely disposed off. The Vine will not use any of this information for any marketing purposes.
The toilets will operate a one in, one out system – please keep an eye on the vacant and occupied signs on the doors as common sense would suggest.
Our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone found not adhering to these guidelines.
Any abuse to any member of our team members will lead to you being asked to leave.
We have provided hand sanitising points throughout The Vine, please use this on arrival and throughout your visit.
Social distancing of one metre plus must be maintained at all times – please be guided by our staff members and on duty security staff.
You may order as normal at our special points for food and drink, please only send one person of the group to do this.
We have changed the system of ordering – please make a note of the table number you are seated at. We will no longer be shouting out order numbers.
Standing at the bar or food order points is not allowed.
Our tables have been spaced out – please do not move them.
Our background music will be kept to a minimal and TV screens will be muted. Please do not shout or raise your voice.
Please do not visit The Vine if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms related to Covid-19. We recommend you seek the help of the NHS 111 service if this is the case.
